Prioritize by revenue lift
// how to estimate revenue lift
Here is a simple way to estimate the lift in revenue to score which page will have a higher impact when increasing revenue is the primary goal.
the calculation
Snapshot gives you sessions, CVR and revenue per page. Three steps turn those into an estimated gain.
- orders = sessions × CVR — 336 × 7.7% = 26 orders
- revenue per order = revenue ÷ orders — $1,845 ÷ 26 = $70.96
- pick the lift you think is realistic, and apply it — +10% of 26 = 2.6 more orders
- estimated gain = extra orders × revenue per order — 2.6 × $70.96 = $184.50
all three pages
| Page | Sessions | CVR | Orders | Revenue | Per order | +10% CVR |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Correct Toes | The Original Toe Spacer | 336 | 7.7% | 26 | $1,845 | $70.96 | +$184.50 |
| Correct Toes SPORT® | 169 | 11.2% | 19 | $1,097 | $57.74 | +$109.70 |
| Correct Toes® StableToe | 149 | 6.7% | 10 | $492 | $49.20 | +$49.20 |
The Original Toe Spacer wins on nearly double the next page. Its CVR is the lowest of the three — it earns the top spot on traffic and revenue, not on how well it converts.
This is rough math, but there is no need to overcomplicate the math for accuracy. We just need an estimate for prioritization.
