PACE gives the review its structure: four questions, in the order the customer lives them. On each stage you'll take notes and rate how urgently it needs CRO work.

P // Prognosis	"Will this get me the outcome I want?"
A // Activity	"Is this what I clicked on?"
C // Criteria	"Do I know enough to decide?"
E // Events	What do they actually click?

P, A, and C are your expert opinion. E is where you check those opinions against what customers actually do.
