He is a professor from Illinois who really enjoys research, and when he decided to look into e-bikes to get around campus, he goes deep into it. He even read a book about lithium batteries before deciding to soup up his 20 year old Dahon with a kit from ebikeling.com.
His take on it all is quite interesting...
Then we hear from Calen who lives outside of Denver. He put 140 miles on his e-bike in the first 10 days. To put that in perspective, he will save $95.58 this month if he keeps it up.
And now I don’t like my car...
