All of that adds up to a hefty chunk of change.
But what I find most intriguing is the level of loyalty this brand earns from their customers. It is not by accident.
It is by design.

I think we can learn from the small, yet personal touches they incorporate into their business that build up loyalty, word of mouth marketing, and YEARS of continued purchases… even after our these guys admit their dogs have too many toys.
We probably have 3 dozen toys around the house now. I honestly don’t need any more toys, but I keep buying them because every time we get a new box it’s fun. - Jeff, Michigan
