Video feedback tool... it's your qualitative research and removes the pain-in-the-ass recruiting and scheduling aspects of that whole process.

Idiosync (install via Shopify App Store)

Wishlist app where the customer sends themselves the emails... also we go carried away and built in a complete ESP because we are gluttons for pain and really really don't like other email platforms. This is designed for busy ecommerce operators, not for full time email marketers.
